Human Rabies Virus IgG Rapid Test Kit (Colloidal Gold) is immunochromatography based. Nitrocellulose-based membrane pre-coated with Rabbit polyclonal antibodies (C line) and Rabies Virus antigens (T line). And colloidal gold-labeled Protein A were fixed on the conjugate pad. When an appropriate amount of test specimen is added into sample well, the sample will move forward along the test card via capillary action. If the Human Rabies Virus IgG antibodies level in the specimen is at or above the detection limit of the test, it will bind to the colloidal gold-labeled Protein A. The antibody complex will be captured by the Rabies Virus antigens immobilized on the membrane, forming a red T line and indicating a positive result for the IgG antibody. When Human Rabies Virus IgG antibody presents in the specimen, the cassette will appear two visible line.
